Flooding season in PH, which areas should new residents avoid?
I have heard some parts of the city get pretty bad during the rains. I would rather know before signing a lease anywhere.

Some of the low-lying areas near the waterfront tend to be the worst hit. Worth asking directly about drainage before committing to any place.
