Rent has gone up everywhere I check. Which mainland or island area is still fair? I need somewhere reasonably safe, not too far from Yaba/Ikeja because of work.
Surulere is still fairly reasonable compared to Yaba these days, at least last I checked. Agents will still try to overcharge outsiders though, so go with someone local if you can.
